Recently opened Four Cuts, the new First Avenue steakhouse restaurant claims a first with the start of a “Dine-Drive” service. Guests can be picked up and chauffeured to the restaurant, dine on the exquisite cuisine and cocktails in a modern-classic setting and then be driven home (between 14th and 96th Streets).
Four Cuts, named after the four traditional cuts of steak – the ribeye, the strip, the tenderloin and the t-bone offers diners traditional steakhouse cuisine in an intimate setting. The operation of the restaurant is led by its General Manager Rodolphe Siffredi, who most recently worked as a steakhouse consultant for both Desmond’s Steakhouse and Parca Prime Steakhouse. Signature dishes to experience at Four Cuts include the Seafood Platter and the 28-day aged Prime NY Sirloin Steak. Other must-try dishes include the Veal Chop. The unique cocktail program includes classic craft cocktails including the Hemingway Daquiri and the Sazerac.
The celebrity following of this chic eatery to name a few includes Jill and Bobby Zarin, Sonja Morgan, Kimberly Gilfoy, Steve Howey and former MET Ron Darling.
